The family request no flowers please. Milton Leon Johnson was born on Friday, March 28th, 1958 to Garfield Johnson, Sr. and Julia (Finch) Johnson in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In addition to traveling the world while dutifully serving in the United States Marine Corps for four years, Milton served in the Army National Guard and worked at Taylor Hardin SMC. Milton was a music lover and had an extensive record collection. He also loved landscaping and the Crimson Tide. Milton departed this life on August 31st, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Rev. Moses D. Finch and Garfield Johnson, Jr. (wife Merie), one sister, Wanda King (husband Rodney), two nephews, Rodney King, Jr. and Justin Johnson (wife Jaqueline), two nieces, Rhonda King and Whitney Johnson, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. Milton will be laid to rest and honored at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama at a later date.
