Mr. Wilkins passed at DCH Regional Medical Center October 11, 2011. Public viewing will begin Sunday, October 16th, at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mr. Wilkins will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church Monday.Funeral service will be held Monday, October 17th, at 12:00 noon at Bethel Baptist Church.
