Funeral services for Mr. William Arthur Foster age 90 of Tuscaloosa, Al died May 9, 2013 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at one p.m. Saturday, May 18th at the First African Baptist Church, 2621 Stillman Boulevard & T.Y. Rogers Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401Pastor Richard L. Morgan, is to officiate. Burial will follow in Cedar Oak Memorial Park.Public viewing 11:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. The remains of Mr. Foster will be in reposed at the church Saturday, 12 noon one hour prior to funeral time.
