Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at St. Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church with Rev. Antonio Thomas officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to 11:00 a.m. Sacred place of Burial Cedar Oak Memorial Park. Public viewing today 12 noon until 6p.m. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Foster. He is survived by his two daughters, Bettye Foster and Carolyn Foster; one son, Carl Foster, Sr. (Joy); grandchildren, Beatrina Williams (Michael), Carl Foster, Jr. Allison Foster and LaShonda Bolden; great-grandchildren, Jazmen Foster, Jamaal Foster and Jaydah Williams; great-great- grandchild, Marley Pickens; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
